1. To add a bead while knitting, slip
the bead to the shank of the beading crochet hook. With
the crochet hook in front of the work, slip the next
stitch from the left hand needle to the crochet hook.
2. Holding
the stitch taut, with the hook, pull the stitch through
the bead, allowing the bead to slide down the yarn. Return
the stitch back to the left-hand needle.
3. Move
the yarn to the front of the work and, inserting the right-hand
needle purlwise through the loop above the bead, purl
the stitch as usual.
